7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
For any disputes arising from these Terms or this service that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
