1. Product Appreciation Period
The hesitation period is not a trial period: According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) starting from the day the product arrives.
For inspection and comparison purposes only: The appreciation period is for you to evaluate the product's completeness, not for "trial" use. If the product has been opened, used, or if the appreciation period has expired, return requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Guidelines
Products requested for return must remain in a "brand new and unopened" condition, maintaining the integrity of the main product, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials.
Packaging Rules: Please use the original shipping carton to pack the product securely. Do not paste paper, apply tape, or write directly on the original manufacturer's packaging (e.g., the product box).
Damage Deductions: If the returned product is missing parts or damaged, YOIS will deduct corresponding fees from the refund amount based on the extent of the damage.
Shipping Costs: According to the Consumer Protection Act, for "return" requests initiated by the buyer within the appreciation period, the relevant return shipping fee will be borne by YOIS.
⚠️ Important Notes: Returns will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:
Exceeding the 7-day hesitation period (calculated from the date of receipt).
The product has been opened or used (e.g., shrink wrap or sealing stickers are torn).
The product is not kept in its intact packaging, is damaged, or is incomplete.
Except for product defects, returns are not accepted once opened. Please confirm your needs carefully before purchasing.
3. Return ProcessTo expedite processing, please be sure to follow these steps:
Submit Request: Add the official YOIS LINE account (@yois) and provide the "Recipient's Name," "Order Number," "Name and Quantity of the Returned Product(s)," and "Reason for Return."
Review and Confirmation: Customer service will reply within 1-2 business days and provide shipping instructions.
Return the Product: Please send back the product(s) and any gifts via the designated logistics method.
Inspection and Refund: Once the warehouse receives the returned items and confirms they are intact and undamaged, customer service will process the refund.
4. Refund Details
Allowance Certificate: By placing an order, you agree that Fuyan International Co., Ltd. (賦妍國際有限公司) is fully authorized to handle the "Business Entity's Sales Return, Purchase Return or Allowance Certificate" for every authorized return.
Processing Time: After confirming the completeness of the returned items, the refund procedure will be completed within 10 business days.
Refund Method: Funds will be refunded via your original payment method (e.g., credit card refund, bank transfer). Please check your billing statement or account balance accordingly.
5. Handling Defective or Incorrect Items (Store-Related Issues)
Definition of Defect/Incorrect Item: Refers to obvious damage before unboxing, damaged contents, or receiving the wrong item.
Video Proof (Crucial): To protect the rights of both parties, please record the entire unboxing process.
The video must include: [Unopened state], [Unboxing process], [The item itself], and [The packing slip/invoice].
If a complete, clear, and unedited original unboxing video cannot be provided, we cannot process defect replacements or exchanges.
Personal Reasons: To simplify the process, YOIS adopts a "Return Only, No Exchange" policy. If you wish to change a product for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item, don't like it), please process a return within the appreciation period and place a new order. Returned items must remain in brand new, unopened condition; this service does not apply to opened items.
6. Exchange Process for Defective/Incorrect Items
Contact Customer Service: Direct message the official LINE (@yois) within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide Evidence: Send the "unboxing video" and "detailed photos of the defect," and state your exchange request.
Specialist Handling: Once customer service confirms the defect or incorrect item, we will immediately arrange the delivery of the correct product and the subsequent retrieval of the original item.
YOIS Gentle Reminder: We carefully inspect and pack all items before shipment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Fuyan International Co., Ltd. reserves the final right to interpret, cancel, or terminate this service.
