🚨 Stay Alert! Identify Common Scams
Unknown Calls: If you receive a call with a Caller ID starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please be on high alert. Beware of callers spoofing phone numbers or impersonating YOIS staff, bank representatives, or judicial authorities.
Deceptive Tactics: Scammers often use excuses such as "duplicate orders," "accidental installment setups," or "VIP membership upgrades" to gain consumers' trust and then request account operations. Please refuse directly and hang up the phone.
Verify Directly: If you have any concerns regarding your billing, please call your credit card issuing bank directly or the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline. Do not follow the caller's instructions.

Please change your official website member password regularly and enhance its strength (we recommend using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers).
Try to avoid logging into your account on public computers. If you must, be sure to log out before leaving.
