1. Coupon Codes
How to Use: Please enter the correct code in the "Order Information" or "Promo Code" field on the checkout page and click "Apply." The system will automatically calculate the discounted amount.
Quantity Limit: Only one promo code can be used per order. If you have multiple promo codes (e.g., birthday gift code, event discount code), please choose the best one to use; the system cannot combine discounts.
Exclusions: Certain special promotional combinations (e.g., Lunar New Year limited gift boxes, Buy-One-Get-One-Free section, flash sale items) already enjoy special discounts. The system may set them as "Not applicable for additional discount coupons." Please refer to the display on the checkout page.
Validity Period: Please note the expiration date of each coupon. Once expired, the system will automatically invalidate it, and it will not be reissued.
2. Store Credits & Member Points
Redemption Rules:
1 Store Credit = NT$1.
Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a third party, or combined across different accounts.
Store credits can only be used to deduct the product amount and cannot be used to deduct shipping fees.
If the system has a "Maximum Deduction Limit" (e.g., maximum deduction of 30% per order), the system setting shall prevail.
Issuance and Account Crediting:
Store credits given away in events (e.g., welcome gift, birthday gift) will be automatically credited to your account by the system upon meeting the qualifications.
For store credits redeemed from member points, please go to the "Member Center" to perform the redemption process.
3. Return and Refund Calculations (Important)
If you process a return, the refund amount will be based on the "actual amount paid." The system calculation logic is as follows:
Promo Codes Are Non-Refundable: If an order is discounted using a "Promo Code" or "Coupon," once a return is processed (whether a full or partial return), the promo code is considered used. The system cannot return it, and it will not be reissued.
Threshold Calculation for Promotions: If a partial return causes the remaining order amount to fall below the original promotional threshold (e.g., free shipping threshold, gift with purchase, discount with purchase), the system will process it according to the following principles:
Free Shipping: If the amount after the return does not meet the free shipping standard, the original order's shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gift with Purchase: If the qualification for the gift with purchase is not met after the return, the gift (brand new and unopened) must be returned together. If the gift has been used or is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
Discount with Purchase: If the discount standard is not met after the return (e.g., originally NT$300 off for orders over NT$3,000, but only NT$2,000 remains after the return), the remaining products will revert to their original price calculations, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit Refund: If store credits were used for the order, the system will automatically refund the deducted store credits after the return is confirmed. However, if the store credits have exceeded their expiration date at the time of the refund, the system will not extend the validity period, nor will it reissue them.
4. Other Important Notes
Orders Cannot Be Modified Once Confirmed: Once an order is confirmed, promo codes/store credits cannot be manually added, modified, or removed. If you forget to use them at checkout, please cancel the order yourself before the order status becomes "Processing" and place a new order. If the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot cancel it or compensate for the discount.
